Broccoli Beef

Serves 2-4

Ingredients

 

  • 250g lean sirloin steak, thinly sliced

  • 150g broccoli florets and sliced carrots

  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil

Method

 

  1. Marinate the beef with Oyster Sauce and set aside.
     

  2. Blanch the broccoli and carrots for 2 minutes then drain.
     

  3. Stir-fry beef in cooking oil on medium high heat for 1-2 minutes.
     

  4. Add vegetables and the rest of the sauce to cook for a further 2 minutes or until cooked (If needed, add a few tablespoon of water to have more gravy).
