Ingredients

225g sirloin or rump steak, fat removed, thinly sliced

1 small carrot, cut into batons

125g tenderstem broccoli, halved lengthways

¼ red pepper, thinly sliced

1 Tbsp oil
-
50g sachet Broccoli Beef Stir-fry Sauce

Chicken, pork or vegetables
Method

Heat oil in wok or large frying pan, add beef and stir-fry over medium high heat 2 minutes.

Add vegetables, cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring.

Add sachet Broccoli Beef Stir-fry Sauce, toss with a splash of water to heat through for 2 minutes. Serve with rice.
