Cantonese Stir-fried Udon Noodles

Serves 2

Ingredients

 

  • 200g cooked udon noodles

  • 175g beef fillet, sliced

  • 150g broccoli florets and sliced carrots

  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil

Method

 

  1. Marinate beef fillets with 1 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce for 10 minutes.
     

  2. Blanch broccoli and carrots for 2 minutes, then drain.​
     

  3. Stir-fry beef fillets in medium to high heat oil for 2 minutes.
     

  4. Add mixed vegetables and cooked noodles to the wok with the remaining sauces and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes until heated through.

Tips
  1. For a vegetarian version, take out the beef fillets and swap Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce with Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce.
