Ingredients

200g cooked udon noodles

175g beef fillet, sliced

150g broccoli florets and sliced carrots

2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Sauce

1 Tbsp cooking oil
Method

Marinate beef fillets with 1 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce for 10 minutes.

Blanch broccoli and carrots for 2 minutes, then drain.​

Stir-fry beef fillets in medium to high heat oil for 2 minutes.

Add mixed vegetables and cooked noodles to the wok with the remaining sauces and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes until heated through.
Tips
-
For a vegetarian version, take out the beef fillets and swap Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce with Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce.
