Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, diced

2cm ginger, grated

200g sesame seeds

120g green beans, cut into 5cm pieces

100g bean sprouts

1 red bell pepper, cut into slices

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Method

Toast sesame seeds by frying on a hot wok without oil. Dish up when they are lightly toasted. Set aside.

Sauté ginger and garlic in hot oil. Add in green beans and cook till green beans are almost done. Then, add bean sprouts and red bell pepper and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds.

Add the sauce mix and cook until it thickens. Serve.

2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Sauce

1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Oriental Sesame Dressing

1 Tbsp water
Tips
This stir-fry is delicious on top of plain steamed jasmine rice, or simply serve
with egg noodles lightly dressed in Lee Kum Kee Oriental Sesame Dressing.
May add 2 Tbsp of water while cooking green beans in order to make the beans tender.
Sesame seeds conta in a good a mount of calcium, and hence are good for people who are on a dairy-free diet.
