Honey and soy chicken

Serves 2

Ingredients

 

  • 250g diced chicken breast or thigh meat

  • 50g sugar snap peas, halved

  • 75g baby sweetcorn, halved

  • 1 Tbsp oil

  • 70g sachet Honey and Soy Stir-fry Sauce

​

Also good with

 

  • Chicken, pork or vegetables

Method

 

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan, add chicken, stir-fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden.
     

  2. Add sugar snap peas and baby sweetcorn, stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
     

  3. Add Honey and Soy Stir-fry Sauce, toss together with a splash of water for 2 minutes. Serve with noodles.
