Hot Dog Wasabi Salad

Serves 2

Ingredients

 

  • ½ cucumber

  • 140g hot dog sausages

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce

  • 2 handfuls peppery leaves eg rocket, watercress

  • 2 spring onions, shredded

  • Lee Kum Kee Wasabi Flavoured Sesame Dressing

  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds

Method​

Cut cucumber into ribbons with a potato peeler or mandolin.

Toss hot dog sausages in oil and Light Soy Sauce then cook on a griddle pan for 3 minutes until heated through. Cut into 3 pieces, arrange on a platter, toss the cucumber, leaves and spring onions together, pile in the middle.

Drizzle over Wasabi Flavoured Sesame Dressing and scatter with sunflower seeds
