Ingredients

50g pancetta

300g tetra pack silky tofu

3 spring onions, trimmed and finely shredded

3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Japanese Style Sesame Dressing

Finely chopped red chilli (optional)
Method​

Pan fry the pancetta until golden, drain on kitchen paper.

Carefully turn the tofu onto a plate and pat dry, cut into 6 slices. Arrange layers with pancetta.

Drizzle over Japanese Style Sesame Dressing and garnish with spring onions and red chilli (if using).
Tips
Use Lee Kum Kee Chinese Style Vinaigrette Dressing if preferred.
