Ingredients

300g firm tofu, about 1 piece, diced 90g minced pork

2 Tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

1 Tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Chilli Bean Sauce (or Chilli Garlic Sauce)

1 Tbsp cooking oil

1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns (if you like that numbness)
Method

Marinade the pork with Oyster Sauce and set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat the oil and sauté the peppercorns for 1-2 minutes. Add minced pork and the Chilli Bean Sauce. Add the tofu when the pork is cooked.

Turn the heat down to simmering and cook for further 5 minutes to reduce the sauce down before serving.
Tips
Why not swap the minced pork with Quorn or sweetcorn and use Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian
Stir-fry Sauce in stead of Premium Oyster Sauce to turn this into a vegetarian dish.
Use Lee Kum Kee Ma Po Tofu
for a quick dish.
