Ingredients

200g minced pork (or Quorn mince as a vegetarian option)

20g each of finely chopped Spring onions, onions, baby sweet corns, celeries, shiitake mushrooms (rehydrated), carrots

1 iceberg lettuce

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

1 chilli, finely chopped (optional)
Method

Prepare lettuce by separating the leaves and cut into round shape, clean and set aside.

Stir fry spring onions, onions and minced pork in medium heated wok for 5 minutes then add in remaining vegetables with sauce mix, and cook for another 10 minutes or until the sauce dries up, and ingredients are cooked through.

Serve the prepared lettuce with a drizzle of the dressing and fill with a big spoonful of the stir-fried minced meat and vegetables. Alternatively, serve the lettuce, stir-fried meat, vegetables and the dressing sauce separately; let your guests make their own San Choy Bao.
