1 ELIGIBILITY:

1.1 Offer open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and agents, and anyone else professionally connected with the offer.

2 TO RECEIVE GIVEAWAY

2.1 SIGN UP TO NEWSLETTER BY 05th NOVEMBER 2017: 61 entrants will be selected at random to win one of the following; Ken Hom Wok, Ken Hom Cookbook, a selection of Lee Kum Kee Products, Wok Along, Panda Doll, Sauce for Honey Garlic Spare Ribs Sachet, Premium Oyster Sauce Sachet. The user will not be eligible if they have registered for the newsletter previously.
2.1.1 Each user may only receive 1 of the stated prizes above.
2.1.2 The giveaway will only be applicable up to the 05th NOVEMBER 2017.
2.1.3 Your details will be required. You are giving Lee Kum Kee the right to add your data to their customer database. Your postal address will be required for delivery purposes if selected as a winner. You will be contacted by Lee Kum Kee or its agencies by email if you are a winner.
2.1.4 After verification, you will be contacted by the Promoter via email within 14 days of the date of entry if your e-mail address is provided.
2.1.5 All prizes will be dispatched within 21 days after notification.
2.1.6 Please allow 28 days for delivery of your prize from the date of dispatch.
2.1.7 Start date of newsletter signup giveaway redemption: newsletter giveaway opens at 11:00GMT on the 16th October 2017.
2.1.8 Closing date of newsletter signup giveaway redemption: the promotion closes at 23:59 GMT on 05th November 2017.

3 ADDITIONAL NOTES

3.1 Maximum one prize per e-mail address/social media account per person.
3.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or equivalent value.
3.3 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.4 The Promoter cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.

4 EXTRA TERMS
4.1 The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize.
4.2 Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence.
4.3 By entering this Promotion, all participants (including nominees) will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
