Tomato garlic prawn

Serves 2

Ingredients

 

  • 180g raw peeled king prawns, deveined

  • 2 Tbsp oil

  • 30g asparagus, cut into 4cm

  • 70g sachet Tomato Garlic Stir-fry Sauce

​

Also good with

 

  • Chicken, pork or vegetables

Method

 

  1. Heat oil in wok or frying pan, add prawns and asparagus, stir-fry over medium high heat until the prawns turn pink.
     

  2. Add Tomato Garlic Sti-fry Sauce,  toss together for 1 minute.
     

  3. Serve with rice or noodles.
