Tomato Garlic Salmon & Prawns

Ingredients

 

  • 240g salmon, cut into 3cm tiles

  • 100g prawns, shell-off and deveined

Method

 

  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients, and marinate salmon and prawns for 10 minutes.
     

  2. Arrange the salmon and prawns on a plate in alternate rows.
     

  3. Steam for 10 minutes until cooked through and serve piping hot.

Marinade

 

  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Tomato Garlic Prawns

  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Sauce

  • 20g coriander, finely chopped

  • 1cm ginger, cut into fi ne matchsticks

  • 1 tsp cornfl our

Tips

Alternative cooking method: pan- fry till done
