Ingredients

240g salmon, cut into 3cm tiles

100g prawns, shell-off and deveined
Method

Combine all the marinade ingredients, and marinate salmon and prawns for 10 minutes.

Arrange the salmon and prawns on a plate in alternate rows.

Steam for 10 minutes until cooked through and serve piping hot.
