Vietnamese Pizzetta

Makes 2

Ingredients

 

  • 2 tortilla

  • 4 Tbsp tomato puree

  • 50g shredded ham

  • 3 spring onions trimmed and chopped

  • ½ green pepper diced

  • 4 Tbsp canned sweetcorn, drained

  • 75g grated cheddar cheese

  • 3-4 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Vietnamese Style Spicy Lemon Dressing

Method​

Spread each tortilla with tomato paste.

Scatter over the ham, spring onions pepper and sweetcorn, then cheese.

Place under a grill until the cheese melts, drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Vietnamese Style Spicy Lemon dressing and serve

Tips

Add other vegetables of choice to the topping, a good way of using leftover cooked broccoli, asparagus for example.
