Ingredients

180g raw peeled king prawns

110g fine asparagus, trimmed, blanched 2 minutes

1 Tbsp light olive oil

1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Wasabi Flavoured Sesame Dressing

Lime wedges, to garnish
Method

Devein prawns and butterfly if wished.

Heat oil in a pan, add the prawns and cook until turning pink. Add asparagus and toss together for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and toss with Wasabi Flavoured Sesame Dressing, or serve Wasabi Flavoured Sesame Dressing drizzled over garnish with lime.
Tips
This would also be good with sliced sugar snaps or mange tout.
